A detailed report will be prepared and distributed on approximately the fifteenth (15th) of each month, or at other times/increments as mutually agreed upon, for each month’s operation. Our approach to project accounting stresses a system of checks and balances in the control procedures and for each project we manage. These controls and systems will provide ownership with a timely and accurate picture of the project’s performance.

Should ownership want to effect the disposition of the asset, we will provide immediate and accurate historical reports that will expedite a potential purchaser’s due diligence efforts. In addition, we can paint a clear picture of future capital expenditures and projected operating expenses. Having been involved with the sale millions of dollars in assets, we understand the important role of accounting, reporting and management of a property as it relates to the disposition.
